You are only looking at the Social Tokens system with that number. This would be similar to a team owning 10% of their own cryptocurrency, which is pretty normal. It means if the social token has a market cap of like $100 million, such as for Miley Cyrus, her share would be worth $10 million, and her fans would own the rest. But really, everyone should wait a little longer for the final details of the social tokens system.
