We are saying that the price of bitcoin as a prediction will go up to $100k. That's the prediction that you'll see mostly so if you're saying that no one can say about price going up.
Actually, everyone can have a say with their price predictions but it's just all about accuracy if they're going to be hit for real but hopefully that it will.
