I just found it now. I have 4 missing deposits made yesterday via Litecoin still not yet processed! can I get a refund at least???

I contacted support their answer is always the same and nothing was received so far:

Your issue is still being processed. We will notify you when the issue is fully processed.
We apologize for the inconvenience."

I contacted block email multiple times and I got no answers so far. Since 29 July I'm requesting to close my account and no reply was made! Can you at very least close my account now refunding the deposited funds since my closure request?

Perhaps the rep on the forum here can help you. He is active from time to time and usually answers all questions from all persons and players. I'm sorry you're dealing with that addiction. Easiest would be to just not gamble more yourself than to avoid worse.

Also, I believe that closing the account will not do anything. After all, you can open a new account on hundreds of other gambling sites at any time. In such a situation, it is much better to admit to your loved ones that you have problem and ask for help from specialists. Pretending there is no problem will do nothing and sooner or later you will get back to gambling.

Let us know if you've already recovered your deposit. I assume if you don't speak up here, that you get your money back.
