Some say cryptocurrency is a low risk investment but high return and also does this digital currency have a fundamental value so that it is feasible for investment?

There's no such thing as low risk in crypto. Just as we know it, every investment comes with risk, just like life itself. How you handle or manage is exactly what will determine your level of risk.
As for me, I hardly go for top coins but rather I firstly apply the DYOR technique on newly launched project and then invest on any that catches my interest. That way only I learned to control my greed and manage my risk.
