There are bunch of platforms that let you to create your NFT and you re owning your NFT. Some projects were also giving you access to sell your NFT at the same time. that's a common thing.
In my opinion if the most attractive NFT is still the NFT game with its play to earn mechanism. You can take a look at AXS, PYR, MDP and etc.
