It can easily be said than done to get out of it immediately. That's where the struggle starts for the addicted gamblers, they barely get out of it by doing it alone.
And most of the time, they cannot distinguish that they're already in the addiction phase because they are in the denial stage.
You are not wrong, like when I was gambling, it stopped when it appeared to my family after losing a very huge amount belonging to my father, it was almost $3000. Before that time, I have lost large amount of money more than $3000. Though no family help but j know rhat is it high time I stopped for it not to affect my life because nothing good is coming out of the addiction.
