Also, I think we need to look closer to the point about VPN. It would be useful to clarify with support the use of VPN: ok, we can't use VPN if we are from a banned region, but can we use VPN if we are NOT from a banned region?
It has been a while ago but Hhampuz has stated that you are allowed to use a VPN (if you come from a non banned country).
