That was just a rumor and like most of the stuff that you can find social media it was completely false, however this means that the reason why the market of cryptocurrencies is going up has nothing to do with external factors and everything to do with internal factors, I really think that the reason this is happening is simply because the bears and the bulls were in a battle to see who was going to take control of this market and the bears simply did not had the money to keep pushing the price down eventually losing the battle to the bulls.
