1. When starting the dashboard, I get a message.

I choose the registered option and redirects me to a page https://www.aml-now.eu ... ok I say to myself no big deal, I will make a registration here ...
I click on Sign up / start KYC and it shows me :

I read Terms and Conditions , the Data Protection Policy and Privacy and Cookie Policy. I think that not many people read and check what the creator or team of a product has written. Of course when I see on https://www.aml-now.eu/terms information like:
phone +49(0) 203 XXX XXX ... I will pay 1000 $ in bitcoin if someone can decipher this phone number.

So I wonder the creator of this service that collects serious personal data:
name and surname,
passport or any identity card data,
mobile number,
registered address,
banking details,
facial image
he himself does not give all data, as you can see the Creator did not show his phone number.

While this is a small detail, what is worse is that the Creator of the service claims that the personal data it holds is safe.

Now I wonder if it also applies in Germany "Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC."
Judging by the website https://www.aml-now.eu/data-protection-policy and what one of the members of the Transcendence team Mr. Sandro Loi is doing I have my doubts.

As you can see, most likely Mr. Sandro Loi is outside the law and the regulations do not apply to him. I am personally in favor of proper AML regulations and KYC verification. The most important thing is safety and investor's welfare.
But as I have shown above one has to be very careful because the team can easily disseminate personal information, residence etc. etc. etc.
