It is claimed that Sevilla are willing to sell Jules Kounde now. But it looks like Chelsea are not very willing to sign him as they don't want to meet his £68m release clause now. I think that it is really too much for the 22-year-old defender. But Chelsea have no choice rather than this one if they are certain to buy him. I can't actually call this as Sevilla are willing because then they would have a more merciful asking price.
