I think not any strategy or technical with gambling, just lucky when you got jack pot or win with bigger odds in any betting game, how come skill and strategy in gambling because if you can remember with all your strategy why you can loss more. Maybe if you play betting ten time how many time you win, not more one or two time and most loss, this called with lucky and not any technical or strategy in gambling.
gambling of course is not far from luck in order to win, but there are some games that of course need strategy and are not purely based on luck like card games. For example, if you play poker but only rely on luck, your winning percentage is 40:60. strategy, emotion and luck are the winning packages for gamblers, it's hard to separate.
