That's some good promotion, some people really don't like to get vaccinated because of fear what could be the effect after they get vaccinated. Rather than forcing people to get vaccinated this kind of promotion is really great first thing you will get vaccine which will protect you from the virus and after that you still have chance to win a lottery you could be a very lucky person if you managed to win on the lottery.
lol this is a bribe to make people try their luck but you as human who believes that Vaccine is risk to your life , would you still try that lottery even if you think that can be your death will be the next?
we know what our capacity and care about our life , and having this bribe just to have that vaccine luring small people than interested.
I doubt that because they will not risk their lives to be vaccinated. That is what people might do when they do not believe in the government and will go to someplace that they will not get pursued by the government to go to the health centre or a place that only them know. They believe that getting vaccinated or not is a choice and they choose not to get vaccinated because they doubt the vaccine can protect their lives.
In this matter, the government need to use different approaches to explain to them and not use their power to force that person to vaccinate. The government does not have to use the lottery because as long as they want to get vaccinated, the lottery will not be the primary thing for them.
