It's same as ICOs few years ago. The concept is legit, but most of the offers are scam.

Just use the good old common sense. Paying money for just a jpg that you can just screenshot or save is stupid, unless you want to donate money to the artist.... or you are also the seller and do smth not-so-legit 🙃
