It would take good amount of time, skills and money to achieve those medals. Unfortunately I was unable to get any medals yet.

this is medal "first year," in my case I am there a few days away.As a side note, they raised the level scales by 2k more points.
I guess you are talking about "The old timer" award. Yes you are right one of the award is that one.
The other one is "Talkative" award where we have to enter something into the chat for 200 days.
In a few months I will be getting both of the awards.
