Video games are not a waste of time. If you play high intensity video games like the ones that give you headaches because too many objects are moving in the same time on the screen and you can't understand and control sh!t... and you are losing all the f^cking time. Then those are the video games you should play. I know losing isn't fun. But those are the video games that create new and regenerate neural pathways in your brain that keep you and your brain younger.   (there are some studies about that sh!t.... dyor )
