The account is getting blocked due to unfair character of your bets. Refund is not required since you are already in profit.
What do you mean by unfair bets? Is it something if anyone win the bets then you will called it unfair or there is something difference? And you will not give refund as the user is already in profit but will you give refund to those users who is in lose? Would you like to explain it clearly?
As far as I understand correctly, in the situation of violation of the rules of ToS, 1xbit pays money up to the value of the deposit player made. In this case, the user has already withdrawn the amount higher of the deposits he made, so case is closed.
But I also would like to know what bet can have unfair character?
