Litecoin overtaking Binance?
Although the phrase "everything is possible in cryptocurrency" I often read on this forum, but for the topic of your discussion, my answer is that Litecoin will not be able to overtake Binance.
Ethereum transactions can be overtaken by BNB, can Litecoin do that to Binance?

NO, in terms of transaction fees, Litecoin is still very cheap compared to ETH, but when compared to BNB, Litecoin still loses in this regard because BNB is still very cheap in terms of transaction fees and is now in the top three again in the cryptocurrency space followed by Cardano below, while Litecoin is still ranked 15th in the crypto space, how can it compete with coins that are already in the top three?

I agree with you that Litecoin cannot compete with Binance.

In my opinion LTC progress has been stuck since 2019 and i think BNB is very far better from LTC. As we know BNB is growth so fast in this past few years and what about LTC? I don't ever hear about the progress of this coin, so i just want to be realistic i think LTC has far behind BNB.

Data-wise, Litecoin's price increased from $32 in January to $141 in June. You can check the chart on CMC and then the price went up again to $377 in early May 2021. So, I can say that Litecoin has not been stuck since 2019.
Sorry, stuck like what you mean. If the price is stuck, then you are wrong in the data.
