As far as I can judge, a gambling addiction is of course not the fault of 1xbit. I don't think an accusation is in order there either. What I do wonder is what bets would these unfairly placed bets be from? Does the OP have a screenshot of that?
What's unfairly placed bets by 1xbit you mean? that guy said he is missing his 4 deposits on 1xbit, tell your team what's the progress of their checking, why it took lot of time only for that. Ussually it only need max 72 hours/3days to check any problem /trouble and give the answer for victim, why it's took so long time until 15 days for him to wait?
