They are almost done, the hype could end up soon and only those reliable NFT projects will be left while the others will die. I have seen them having no difference from ICO, Defi projects, as they got into hypes and they collapse.
And besides, only NFT games give life on this platform, the rest are just ignored and investors having no interest in them. Well, I can admit I have no such interest as well.

Very likely, NFT apart from games or investment assets is very likely to lose the hype and not be a popular thing anymore. but with the existence of NFT games and more innovations that provide benefits for users and platforms, I think the popularity NFT in the games section will be much longer than art, Ecosystem in NFT games is much more active.
That is why investors should avoid NFT investments which are purely speculative without any real product or activity behind. These investments are too unstable because you never know how long the hype is going to last and once it ends, it's done forever, so investors have to say goodbye to their money. In opposition, when the NFT involves a game it's different, because even though the market crashes momentarily for that asset, it must recover later when the game makes a new update or something like that, consequently it's an investment which involves less risks.
