How should I know how this case will end and what caused this situation in general? But I know that there are many dishonest players who try to cheat the system. Don't expect any casino to give money back to someone who tried to cheat them.
When it comes to solving cases through 1xBit support, I can see that everyone gets answers to all their questions.
But all the questions appeared when anyone try to withdraw funds. Why the so called gambling site create problem at the time of deposit as well as why there is no problem at the time of betting on the sites. All the time problem occurs when the player win and try to withdraw their funds.
This is a normal thing that do happen in gambling sites and also other trading sites. Don't see it as a bias or fault from 1×bit but from yourself by checking if you are not faulting the term and condition of their site. I have been kicked out from a trading site just because I ignorantly opened multiple accounts making consistent profits till one day, one of my accounts was banned with no access to it. Although i wrote to there customers service but never got a reply. It was later I noticed that it was due to multiple accounts opening and other faults from me which I was never aware of. What pains me most was that, my account with most funds was banned till today. I learnt my lesson and I would want everyone to do the same in respective of the condition, to adhere to terms and conditions.
