I contacted 1xbit through chat and they told me, like ToS to contact
block@1x-bit.com in order to get my account closed immediatly.
I sent the email on 29th July to
block@1x-bit.com asking to close my account permanently:

They refuse to reply to any confirmation about that email. I sent screenshots and their customer support bots seems to ignore all my questions...
I wanted they to confirm why is my 29th July email being ignored!?
Isn't suppose to have all queries to be answered in turn?
Why was my 10th August email replied within a few minutes, and the 29th July wasn't?

https://i.imgur.com/LY8bL1s.jpegProbably that first email was treated as a deposit issue, and it's possible that the account closure note was overlooked and now they refuse to admit it.
Either way, just closing your account won't help you. After all, there are thousands of other gambling sites where you can open an account at any time. I think you should think about more serious steps to deal with this problem.
