Apparently an Ethereum competitor, but haven't paid much attention to its intended purpose. Will probably go the way of Eos eventually: downhill and become an irrelevant shitcoin.
Irrational speculation is returning to the market, this is a good thing. Bitcoin dominance breaking down for another leg to make new ATL is good for BTC, means speculators are getting busy. Means UPidy
