Are they operating this service? Because their Quasa app, it shows it is still in beta. It says that about 1k+ installs in google play but no review yet. So don't know if it is already operational or not. Been about 4 years that this project is introduced, so by now, the initial goal should be up and running already.
Yeah, I can agree that they've been doing their app for a long time, but maybe after september's auction their work will be going faster
