I don't think we can discount Man City... particularly if they get Kane, which is still a possibility.
But yes, Man U and particularly Chelsea do look good. Lukaku is exactly what Chelsea need.
It will surely be these three plus Liverpool that take up the Champions League places. The only question really is what order they'll finish in.
