Who is at fault? Well, not sure how to apply any fault in this situation, but you have not met your rollover requirement, which has been pointed out to you multiple times now. Once you meet it, you are free to withdrawal all your bonus funds if you want. As Legions36 pointed out, you are free to keep record of your transactions yourself, until we bring the automatic rollover counter back online (it's currently being integrated with our new platform at the moment). Your inability and refusal to do something does not mean we are "not to be trusted", as you put it.
It's also worth pointing out that your negative comments in this thread (especially saying we are not to be trusted) are in direct violation of our terms and conditions and can get your account terminated, so you might want to ease up on the negative comments and false accusations.
