Block 200000 to 299999 : 15000 Dogegold
Block 300000 to 399999 : 20000 Dogegold
Block 400000 to 499999: 25000 Dogegold

After that, the reward will drop to 10000 Dogegold for a while, then the final reward will drop to 100 Dogegold per block forever!
I believe this is called "deterministic inflation", but I'm no economist. The point is that it's much smaller inflation than the original Dogecoin, that was what I wanted to accomplish here!
