Where you are holding your coins? I mean exchange or in your private wallets like myetherwallet, trust wallet, or any other wallet? I have seen most of the swaps support personal wallets, I mean if you own the private key or your wallet, then you can get swap coins easily. The problem is when you hold your coin in exchange you can be lost the coin(although most of the exchanges support the swap, but not all)
