Even there is an app(which I'd never know) we can't assure that this will stop the bots and fake accounts. It is sad to say that we are no longer sure who we are talking with either it was a bot or a person, or a scammer. Due to technology upgrades, it was easy for some people to impersonate someone's identity and it was common these days, and I think even the apps couldn't make it. The only thing we do is not to talk with them if it is found to be suspicious.
