How do you investigate arbitrages? As far as I know people bet on different sportsbooks according to their odds to win any way despite the result or does arbitrage betting include the combination of prematch and live bets? (In live odds change frequently and significantly).
As a marketing team, we don't own such information. But it's quite a common thing for a bookmaker to don't like arbitrage bettors.
We won't share thoughts about how it could work, but there quite a lot of ways of detecting such activities, not only by device addresses.
Arbitrage betting itself means placing a bet on the opposite outcomes of the same event, which guarantees you profit.
And about the scams, you should avoid situations like this, users mustn't have a need to create thread here and get refund after that.

It's enough for some players, but as we can see in
this post - even when there is a proof of deposits being returned - he still wanted to receive winnings.
In addition, there were no more replies from the user, which could be considered as a request closure.
I didn't request any refund in case you didn't notice. I just requested my account to be closed and it was denied to me ignoring my request by 12 calendar days.
We will ask our security team to check if there was an account closure request made from the email connected to the 1xBit account that wasn't blocked yet.
But if you are not asking for a refund, what is the topic of your question?
Sincerely,
1xBit team
Thank you. The referred email was sent on 29 July as you can see in the screenshot - there you have the subject, date time and account number. They will confirm that they received that email and it was ignored.
My intention is to Block team had closed my account on my request or a few hours later not 12 days later when I made a new request via new email thread.
Because of the fact that my account closure request on 29th July was ignored and consequently denied, at very least they/you should consider that delay/error from your side and rollback the transactions to the moment I requested my account to be closed.
