You get almost every bitcoin wallet for free. Apart from a hardware wallet, you have to pay a few dollars for it.

I use Electrum on PC and have coinomi for android mobile.

I suggest you never use a blockchain wallet and Freewallet these could freeze your wallet any time they want.
