If you are not capable of keeping your emotions asides from the decision you  make when trading then you are not cut out to be a trader. You should find other profession that will work out for you. Not everyone can become successful at trading so If you find out you don't have what it takes then don't put yourself in a wrong profession because you do not need emotions to become a good one.

Emotions can make you lose big in the market. When your trade is giving you profit, your emotion of greed will come in and give you suggestions of keeping your orders (leaving your trade) open which the volatility of the market can take from you at any moment.
