That's your job to figure out, I normally use NEO because it's more BTC friendly than others, any small changes in BTC price this coin will revaluate instantly, also not many talks about NEO but the coin is a king on its own, very good for trading IMO
NEO is not a bad coin, so trading is worth using it because in terms of development and movement in the market it is very unique and has a slow recovery when Bitcoin begins to improve itself.
