Visit a popular exchange like Binance or Kucoin.Search for altcoins there that has a low volume.
Wait for it to go down and go up. When it will happen, nobody knows but when it goes up or down it moves massively but most of the time it doesn't move at all because of its low volume.
We can't recommend you specific altcoins to trade with but there are many low market cap coins out there that you can trade with. If you really want to find altcoins with highest volatility then shitcoins or memecoins might help you with it but just beware
daytrading with altcoins especially with shitcoins is very risky.
