I understand that they want to enforce KYC but it looks like they deleted my account as i am not able to log in when i tried now as it says your username does not exist. I tried to log in with my account which i created earlier and since the sportsbet announcement i thought of checking the and it says the username does not exist and it was weird.
Is this a one off issues or is it just me that had this issue of account not found.
Have you not opened an account on roobet for a long time so when you want to open an account you are not found there? or are all the names and passwords correct?
If you still can't log in to roobet, try sending support directly via email because it can help a little with your complaint why the account was not found.
I also saw some TOS rules on roobet.
You accept if you intentionally submit that misinformation, incorrect or incomplete information, will lead to your account being closed immediately, and all Roobidos on it will be frozen on it indefinitely. You also warrant to update the information within 14 days (fourteen days) by contacting our support in case of any changes.
