Honestly, this is probably one of the worst ideas I ever heard on this forum, and I heard some that are terrible.

This is pure waste of time and resources for some imagined threat that would wipe out all security if it existed, not just Bitcoin related.
Nobody is going to agree to make forks like this and nobody would mine double coins like this, or maybe you planned to eliminate mining and make one more ''better'' version of Bitcoin?
