I don't have much to say about dogecoin since it's a meme coin and not to be taken seriously as an investment but just as memes as it was intended, others on your list are perfect for investing since they have proven themselves in the past. Don't think because a projects is costly now that it can not continue raising in the future. Sometimes it is better to tarde coins already well known that if more exposure are given the price will increase due to its utility.

Take BTC, ETH and BNB as an example, they're all trading more than 40x than  they were trading few years back. Low market cap coins can easily die off the market and give you losses and high market cap coins can increase in price and give you gains you can't imagine.
