I really wonder how these campaign managers choose to hire their participants. Do they actually read their posts or just look at their post & merit count and decide if they deserve the position?

For example, if they saw the posts suchmoon quoted, would they say — “Hell yeah! Bring that guy into Foobee and we'll pay him!” ...?  Despite the fact that they pay pennies on bounty campaigns.
