From respect because I see that you are a person who cares about spamming on the forum and that you take your time in reporting and writing posts like this one.
I have looked at the last two pages (40 posts) of the user you mention and they do not seem low quality to me. I don't know if after that he engaged in massive shitposting and that's when you reported him and deleted all his posts but in view of the posts that are left, I see it right that he was paid for those posts.
Brainboss has its standards regarding quality that need not be the same as yours. I have seen sometimes in the spreadsheet a note: "improve post quality" with which I understand that he has given a warning to the person in particular and if you go to page 135 of the spreadsheet you can see that Lewan was removed for low quality.
Same as before, I've seen his posts (the ones that are left, lol) and they seem OK to me. If you report posts that are garbage and the moderators delete them, it will be normal to pay him for the ones that are left, no? He doesn't know if a certain user has had 40 reports against him and has had all those posts deleted. He just seen what is left.
How would you manage a campaign that pays like $0,07 per post for the lowest tier? It is clear that LoyceV, suchmoon etc. will not apply for this campaign. You will have to try to get them to a certain quality, but you can't ask for much, and I think Brainboss is doing well.
