o/ can you please fix this still today? This is the only thing wrong I saw in 1xbit. I recommend their services except the self exclusion that didn't work properly.
Yesterday I sent one more email to
block@1x-bit.com requesting the datetime of the first email they received from me and nothing was answered aswell. It seems their bot doesn't recognise some sentences or subjects. It is impossible to have an human dialog with security department aswell so in my opinion you should upgrade your customer support service
