Do houses always win? No! Homes almost never lose.
We've had countless cases of lucky players who have won big prizes and them withdraw money from the house to their wallet (if not a scam).

I don't understand why you say that can be a benefit for the gamblers if they can not control themselves and if they use more money to gamble? I think the opposite actually, if a gambler can't control himself and spend more and more money in a game, he will empty his bankroll and will get rekt at the end. It's usually better to take care of the management of your bankroll.
