Isn't your node fully synced yet?
If it's synced, the latest scan might have left some invalid transactions in your wallet.

If your node isn't pruned:
You can use rescanblockchain (info) with default arguments for it to rescan from height 0~tip.
That will take quite some time (will take hours) so be patient while it scans. After that, the correct balance should appear and the invalid transaction will be identified.
