Bitcoin doesn't even offer equal distribution of wealth. For example, many early adopters and exchange have far more wealth Bitcoin compared with new Bitcoiner in last few years. Bitcoin protocol itself doesn't have feature which force wealth redistribution, such as redistribute Bitcoin which hasn't touched in last X years.
