The user has just asked to close the account and there might have various reason. Either that is personal or something like that. Also, the user might be afraid if mistakenly/unknowingly deposit large fund and then become scammed by you. It is not a worthy question by you. Base on the request of the user you should close the account and if not possible to close the account then you should provide clear information why you cant close the account.
