I think the Block chain does not in itself eradicate poverty, but creates a healthy and clean environment for honest human beings to enter the field and achieve social justice around the world.
It goes both ways. The environment also could let scammer or theft got away easier.

While Bitcoin help few people out from poverty, Bitcoin isn't designed to solve poverty. What you're looking is system such as welfare or UBI.
