It already did but the hype is now gone but there's a possibility that it will come back if Elon Musk continues to shill and back up DogeCoin, this is what happens if a coin has a big influencer,  a popular dev, or whales behind it but it will not take long because a coin with no usage and platform cannot keep up long term if they don't have something to offer to the community.
