You see my second post.
This question is also very much on people's minds, especially for people who want to invest big.
I think bitcoin can be the answer to our question, but we should not ignore gold.
Definitely, one day, when bitcoin reaches prices beyond now, gold will also grow significantly.
But I think there are two reasons why experts insist on investing in Bitcoin:
1. As bitcoin becomes more and more valuable, it strengthens the foundations of the Chinese or modern blockchain economy
2. Bitcoin is literally scarce, or in other words, if we are to call gold scarce, we must say bitcoin is rarer than scarce.
Both have their own advantages in my opinion. If someone is brave with challenges with big payoffs but big risks bitcoin is the best choice. Because bitcoin is an asset that can grow faster than gold. However, if people just want to keep their assets stable and have little risk, they might choose gold. So it all goes back to each individual according to their talents and interests and needs.
