I actually do not know in what manner Bitcoin can cause chaos or problems in the world, quite a lot of world problems and chaos are caused by governments, Bitcoin is just a network that gives users freedom to use their funds how they deem fit and without the government controlling it, that can in no way cause chaos. As for the issue of poverty, it is the duty of the government to provide employment and amenities for it's citizens in a bid to eradicate poverty not Bitcoin, Bitcoin is just a decentralized currency and even if you're to hodl a large amount of it, and making good ROI; you must have to have something doing in RL to be able to buy it in the first place, or you're rendering one service or the other and being paid in the currency; it is neither distributed for free or gotten without any effort, if that was the case then you can say it can eradicate poverty.
