He's a different player now, one of the best in the world. We probably all think "oh, Lukaku has come back", and then, despite the intervening years, despite the nearly £100m fee, we still intuitively expect him to be the same player he was, and are surprised when we see that he's better. But he is, he's definitely not the same player now. Chelsea last season were a good team, but not quite good enough to challenge for the title. Chelsea plus Lukaku this season could be a different proposition.
