f*** .... the claim website seems not active, is there another way to try again the claim process ?
Looks like the problem is on your end , maybe its possible that the Browser you are using is the problem , did you tried Firefox , it should be working there if its the Browser.
I just also tried to login to the Claims Portal webpage and got no problem after inserting the 2FA Code and then i was instant in my Account there.
