Are your withdrawal 3 days ago didn't fix yet? and they also reduced the daily withdraw. maybe they have a problem with bankrol or the capital. In general, most of the messages about limitations concerns were posted from small group of users that violated the terms with coordinated betting and got decreased limits, or encountered some location limits requirements. And also during the time of playing for most users BTC price increased for 55%+, and as we initially set limits in fiat value equivalent, limits for bet/withdrawal were also affected.
Sometimes some delay could happen due to additional security checks needed for processing, but we try to resolve issues as we can.
